On Site DOT Exams

Dr Lisa is friendly, personable and she takes to the road for DOT Exams!

She will come to your site of business to perform DOT exams for your employees.

Employers benefit because employees are already onsite working, saving time and money.

And employees will be on the same schedule for exams for ease of tracking DOT compliance.

Employees receive a large copy of their medical certificate and a small laminate copy.

CDL driver certificates will automatically be submitted to FMCSA.

Pricing

1-9 exams $120 and 10 exams or more $100.

Travel fee of $50 for over 20 miles.
